All our staff are highly trained as Craft Butchers with exceptional knowledge of our meats and how to prepare them. All our Beef, Lamb, Pork, Bacon, and Chicken is Irish and sourced from our network of reputable suppliers, built up over our many years of trading. Indeed, some of the Beef and Lamb comes from our home farm in Westmeath. These relationships allow us to constantly guarantee a very high-quality product for you, our valued customer, to enjoy.
